I own many websites but this site is built specifically to help others understand the science of free search marketing and hopefully show how to avoid the many potential mistakes website owners make when building their site. People who look to a website designed sometimes think the SEO is either not that important or the designer knows what he or she is doing. That is usually not the case. Search Engine Optimization is a skill few have the expertise in. I do and it is mostly because of trial and error of owning websites in different industries for 12 years. My sites are all highly ranked and I spend much of my time showing others how they can beat their competition in organic (free) search results.

I am disturbed by many website SEO companies and search engine marketing firms who treat all sites the same and promise search results while rarely not fundamentally changing the site itself - which is where the problem lies with web sites who do not rank well. These are no experts!
Truth is, each website and industry must be planned based on many different factors and some sites - as built can not be optimized as is. Some products are too competitive, so I advise on creative marketing techniques to help that does not rely on overly optimistic (if not foolish) natural SEO results. Other web sites are designed with too many graphics or video. These are just a couple of the dozen things web owners must watch out for if they expect Google and other search engines to find them.
